if both are done for the same amount of time...running will burn more fat due to much more energy expenditure...calories are energy therefore the more energy used the more calories used..keep in mind 3500 calories equals 1 pound of bodyfat so the more calories burned the more fat is burned

swimming is the best to burn fat it uses every muscle in the body, other than swimming running burns fat faster

You actually burn more calories during intervals, which is for ex. walk for a certain length of time, then job, then run, then job, then walk again.

i guess walking but this is totally from no where cause running burns more energy while walking u make a greater distance longer...!?!?!?!
