He took me to Atlanta for the day on my birthday and took me shopping and out to a nice restaurant. He also threw me a surprise birthday party, and gave me a lot of sweet presents. How can I top that??

Well if he is a gentleman you wont have to lavish him with material items. Maybe just being there and wishing him a happy birthday and want to spend it with him will suffice

take him some palce romantic and trow hima party with his friends and people you know have a dj and have fun some slow dances and some dance till you tired songs some jocking...............(surprise party so he does not expected after the romantic place)

uhh rent a cheap hotel room get yourself good and drunk and give him hours of oral sex.
