It's the same question as skin color. God is above all such divisions of black or white or hispanic. He is also above eye and hair color. View God's appearance as you wish but remember that no one person views God in the same light.

He is not limited by our one dimensional color spectrum, so it would be so small of me to list a color name that we are familiar with. I do happen to think he really likes blue eyes, though...they are a reflection of the color covering the majority of the earth found in our oceans and lakes. I imagine his eyes are mostly light, glimmering like fine gems.
