Hopefully, to peaceful times--with the US feeding its own hungry, and housing its own homeless. Then they can feed and house the poor in other countries.

Innocent men, women and children were killed in World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, and probably a lot of the less mentioned wars. It is very wrong--but it is also wrong for people from other lands to kill millions of innocent people in the World Trade Center, etc.

I'd like to know where you see that we failed in Iraq? They will have a better life than they have ever had because of our troops. We may not have found the weapons or bin laden yet but last time that I checked we not only have Saddam in custody and facing charges for the crimes that he has commited but have taken out many more top terrorist leaders as well. There has never been a war that innocents were not killed. It's a hard , cold fact of war that noone particularly likes but it's reality. Saddam may not have actually took part in 911 but you can bet that he helped finance it. Im guessing that you believe that we should just sit back and wait to see what North Korea will do next as well, after they were told not to fire that missle and not only fired it but continued to fire more. Im positive of one thing........Im glad you are not our president, we'd all be dead by now.

I see Mosul Iraq daily and I would speculate that 90 % of the local population is glad we are here and that is probably a conservative guess. We are doing good things in this country every day. I am sorry that people die in situations like this, but before you believe everything you are told, use a little discretion and try to confirm truth vs trash.

What 'failing' in Iraq?

So far we have used Iraq to gut Al Queda, allow free elections, institute economic reforms and give the Iraqi people a voice in their future.

And if you were paying attention - you would notice that those children are being killed by the enemy. Do you want to leave the Iraqi people at the mercy of people who deliberately car-bomb mosques and markets?

You are an uninformed liberal crybaby.

We are doing SO MANY good things in Iraq. The media conveniently chooses NOT to tell about it though.

Personally, I think that once Iraq is resolved, we should take care of Iran and North Korea.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!

First of all, the US will not fail in Iraq. Contrary to popular belief, we are not failing now.

We're all saddened by the tragic murder of that young child, but this was an isolated incident, and you shouldn't judge all of the good things we're doing in Iraq by this one abomination.

It is insurgency in Iraq which is delaying with-drawl of foreign troops. In a turmoil condition protection is of utmost importance to save the lives and property of innocent people. Please try to understand this point. Attack on Iraq was mistake. With-drawl at this stage will be blunder unless Iraqis are in a position to defend themselves against insurgency.
Big powers have their global agenda and frame their policies accordingly.

We have not failed in Iraq and you are an idiot to believe so. How did you find time to write this when you should be hugging trees or something as dumb as this question
