A common byproduct of household cleaners and chemicals is estrogen. Many studies on alligators and frogs show a definite link between infertility (feminization) of these species and chemicals in the water supply. It would be correct to assume similar effects are present in humans, but to a lesser degree (e.g. Gynecomastia).

Common causes are:
...use of steroids
....over weight

If you use steroids, I would recommend you discontinue their use.

If you have a few extra pounds, you may want to loose some weight...I am a female and my breast are the first to go when I diet.

...also working the pectorals will replace breast fat with muscle and will make them look less feminine.

2 thoughts: hormones given to our meat supplies are passed on to us and marijuana use.

Additional info: Other medications can include certain antidepressants, drugs used to treat high blood pressure and tuberculosis, and some chemotherapy agents. Street drugs that may cause gynecomastia include marijuana, heroin and alcohol. Anabolic steroids can also stimulate male breast growth.
