Installing a Sirius radio for a 2006 Honda Civic?

I just bought a Civic and I'm trying to figure out the best place to run the antenna wire and other cords so that they're not out in the open. Please help.

run them into the trunk. you can hide the wires and antenna cord though the side carpet near the doors.
