It's Dutch .... meaning "sweet".

Also, there is a web site: sveetcouture.com ...owned and opertated by Chandra SWeet.
Sveet couture is owned and operated by chandra sweet, a 20-year-old from wichita, kansas who now resides in sunny seattle, washington. chandra enjoys the finer things in life, such as toilet paper, indoor plumming and movie quotes [only if recited by todd]. she's a lover of wearable art, also known as clothing. vogue and elle make her cry, as well as fashion week. the art of clothing brings her much joy. racks of clothing line her bedroom. betsey johnson and john galliano are among her favourite designers. clothes give her the ultimate high, so by buying from her, you are supporting her habit. she travels back to her home in the midwest and is able to scour the land in search of the most amazing clothes and bring them to you for a more reasonable price. sveet couture not only sells vintage clothes & accessories, but also original creations such as handmade bagsand belt buckles. when she's not working on the site she's listening to broadway showtunes or sewing while watching law & order [ more than likely wearing a law & order shirt and drinking from her law & order mug ]. she's an avid animal lover and vegetarian. morningstar "chicken" nuggets are a delicacy. she hopes you give her money and maybe even purchase some of her things. but at least give her money.

Its a term to replace the term "sweet", you just can't say sweet on its own and still seem normal, so someone decided to invent the exclamation "sveet"
