according to professional pick up artists women aren't focused completely on physical beauty like men are. Although looks do matter they are attracted mainly to the excitment that you make them feel, so if you're an ugly guy you still have a chance to nail hot chicks if you have a good skill in creating excitment in women. It's a major advantage because it is something that can be learned, unlike women who are ugly really can't do anything about it.

Why not? Just an observation, not fact, but it seems like the better looking a person is the more shallow they are. It is difficult to be in a relationship where both people are only concerned with themselves, so in a relationship with an ugly guy the girl gets all the attention. Which, well, women like that.

cuz the ugly guy relies on his wits and that is a really big turn on for women.
When i was a hot chick none of the good looking guys had enough balls to ask me out and get to know how smart i was and not be intimidated - the ugly guys knew they had to work hard and there was nothing to loose. I kinda liked it when people would say "there goes beauty and the beast"

The reasons could be:
1. Ugly guy tends to do everything he wants to express which might really impress the lady.
2. Ugly guy seems good in physical activities that might attract the lady's heart.
3. Perhaps, all handsome guys who have courted her were dishonest. That's why she chooses the different guy who would never dare to lie on her.

Probably because of two things...
The ugly guy has developed better people skills and is not so obsessed with superficial looks, and
The good looking women probably have low self-esteem and feel better around guys that aren't so handsome.

Gals don't always go for the cute ones. We like a man that treats us good and that always tops the list. Most good looking guys know it and treat you like crap. But the same goes with a lot of good looking women.
