I dont know where you live but in my world people think you are lazy if you stay home and dont have kids to tend to...

Probably because they feel threatened that the wife will do better than they do. There is no reason why a wife should not work if she so chooses

The Talibans thought so. But in the modern society such as ours, women pursue their own careers and compete with men in the working world. A stable job gives a woman an assurance that she is going to be alright when an unexpected event happens.

because kids just turn out better when theres a mother at home taking care of them , and basically a mom should only work if she has to
