The termiticide was pumped into drill holes around my concrete slab. I got really ill when I could smell the pesticide being pumped in (dizziness, loss of coordination, nausea, headache), and then -- 2 weeks later -- I developed severe joint pains and muscle pains throughout my body. My son was poisoned too. Life has been absolute hell, and the New South Wales Department of Housing (who ordered the termiticide treatment even when they knew for 3 years prior to me moving into the unit that I suffered chemical sensitive asthma) refuses to accept that ANYTHING has happened to me or that they are responsible!! Anyone else with a similar experience? I've had an MRI and SPECT scans of my brain and there is brain damage, which is why I had to stop working on my PhD in Sociology at the University of Western Sydney. A toxicologist/pharmacologist says we've definitely been poisoned by the pesticide.

you should talk with a lawyer. a good one if you can manage, those guys are expensive but a consultation should be enough to tell you if you have a case or not.

i'm no lawyer but it sounds like either the pest control company or the housing company is responsible. someone srewed up and it wasn't you
