The answers aren't always obvious. Sometimes you find a square with several options. You should work around it from another direction, or starting in a different spot, to get the options in your head. Make notes lightly in pencil unless you can keep it in your head - I don't think many people can do that.
You'll get better at it, until you can look at it and see where the numbers go a lot faster.
Sudoku is good therapy for my brain. I can't get enough.

There is always a logical solution. Of course you have to guess between a couple of numbers eventually.
