What is THE WORST physical pain you've ever felt.?

I've had a bursted cyst on my ovary that made me want to die!!! Also, a terrible ongoing toothache and something else- I don't even know what it was, but it hurt soooo bad. Lets not underestimate cramps duribg "that time".

When I got an infection in my thumb last summer. I can't think of the medical term for it, but basically bacteria from my mouth got under the skin on my thumb (I used to bite my nails, not after this though, lol) and caused a massive infection. I had to stay in the hopital for 11 days after they had to do minor surgery on the thumb to remove the nail (never will grow another one in life) and blister that covered most of my actual thumb. I was on morphine the whole time I was in there, and even that wasn't enough.

I have a zipper line in my outside. You sit down on a round seat and carry the rope connected to the seat, which screws right into a pulley. i become round 8 ft up,and it snapped. I landed actually 2 a million/2 inches faraway from the steps you bypass up outside to get to the full of the zip line, that could want to've made issues even worse. I helped my father in law to unhook a fully loaded trailer off his pickup and my index finger got caught in between the trailer and the pile of wood it was supposed to rest on. It squashed my index finger completely flat! The doctor then had to remove the nail which was still attached and sew up my finger from the bottom to the top, with stitches right through my nail bed. That was exruciating!

I had a lump removed from my breast, and I am extremely fearful of going under anesthesia, so I had 22 shots of novacaine in my breast. Since they were tunneling from the incision (around the areola) to 4-5 inches to the lower left--I had to have the entire area numb. Worst pain ever.

child birth, but I also have had a tooth ache that surpassed that pain. for the tooth ache, go get some clove oil. it works wonders. I promise. soak a cotton ball in it, but try and use only a little cotton about the size of the tooth, because the stuff taist nasty but works well. it worked better than vikiden(sp???) for me.

broken jaw , hanging in two for 14 weeks..extreme acute pain for 8 months..still ongoing..will be 5 sugerys and done dec 2006...
use cloves, or childrens liquid tynol for pain

Child birth, hands down!! Thank God for drugs. But that window of time after your contractions begin, but before you are dialated enough for the epidural is real B*!@h!
