I recommend just keeping up with current events. Listen to NPR. Read the new york times. Pay attention to who is getting offended by what. Take some classes on stuff like discrimination and sterotyping (they teach them at the local college here) to try to understand better. Monitor yourself. If what you are saying lumps everyone in a group together (mexicans are loud or gays are gross or girls are stupid, asians are good at math) then you know right away it is a problem. When your language makes assumptions that is also a problem. Like if you are talking to someone who has a hispanic name and you just assume they speak spanish that is also a problem. The best rule is to treat every person as an individual, not make assumptions based on things like gender, ethnicity, income, nationality, whether they come from small or large town, occupation, etc. Like don't assume a person is stupid just because their job is operating a backhoe or something. Approach individuals as individuals.

So umnn how do we do avoid behavior or language that may indicate you are being discriminatory or oppressive? Do tell!!!
Maybe u need to re-phrase the question so it's actually a question that make sense. It seems more like a statement right now.

A normal person's behavior and language reflects his attitude and emotions.
But you can hide it through practice. It would be hard if you are so expressive.
But i would suggest you just to hide all those negative emotions. Because, all those positive emotions should be expressed, it should be radiated to others.
Then only love, affection, care and all other positive relations could evolve. So keep on smiling at ur buddies on their faults, tease them, show love and care on ur eyes to ur mate.
But show nothing to ur rude boss
Best of lucks
