Why can't people just be honest...might still hurt, but would hurt a lot less...

I don't know if you are a Christian or not, but if you are, the time is to start trusting God for your mate. Because we don't know the whole story, we need the input and direction of someone who does. People lie and lead you on because it is in our nature to do so. However, once a person receives Christ in their life, they a receive a new nature. Stop leaning on your understanding, and humble yourself before God. Tell him that you desire a mate and trust him to bring that person to you. I guarantee you will become a lot wiser and be put in a position of not knowing a lot less. It's worth a try. It worked for me. I finally realized after many failed relationships that I can't make the right choices on my own. The best part of this is that God also healed me of the hurts. I hope this encourages you.

It's human nature to be selfish and deceptive. Some are worse than others. It hurts,but it's part of life. Chalk it up to experience,
forget about the ex(who will get what's coming one way or another
as we all do)and move on. I hope you find what you're looking for.

only he was honest wit me, buthe dumped me for BBD too
i dont understand him!!!
they might be just looking for a girl or guy wit the looks and the style
they think or know they cant get past u wit the truth so they lie just to get wat they want from u
