Any brand, as long as it's the heavy, clumping sort - fuller's earth. I can't change it every day, so a poop scoop to fish out the lumps is best for me! (The lightweight just distributes the mess all over the tray, and my cats don't like it.) And I get a nice, strong man to buy and carry it!

Arm & Hammer. Cats don't care if they have crystals in their litter !
It is cheapest, even the biggest box, it clumps really well for pick up, and my cat likes it. (guess it's more of a sand texture).
It controls odors, too.
The neatest things I have found, however for the litterbox are these plastic sheets that have holes already in them.
You place all of them down in the pan, fill w/litter, and each time you have to change the litter, the liner automaticall sifts the clean litter to the next one. You throw away the soiled sheet along with the cat's business.
I got tired of cleaning my cat's box ever other day.
They come in all sizes for the size of your box. You can even use them on hooded boxes.
They're by Alfapet by the cat supply stuff in Wal Mart or K mart.

I use the World's Best Cat Litter. It's made from corn. I think the crystal ones are pretty good too.

I've tried a bunch and found out that the Arm and Hammer brand does the best job for odor and clumping up the cat piss.

Iam extremely partial to the Tidy Scoop Small spaces, it smells like oranges when you put it in, and when you clean it ti kinda smells like watermelon and it clumps great!

World's Best!!!! It is all natural and clumps really good! I hear the regular clumping litter can be harmful.

We use Arm & Hammer super scoop with odor blockers. We have 2 cats & it works great for us.
