if I were you, I would get a Psychiatric evaluation. Psychiatrists have a degree in medicine and additional education to specialize in Psychiatric illnesses.
It could be hormonal, it could be a different physical illness, or it could be a form of depression. You will save a lot of time by seeing the Psychiatrist first, because he/she will be able to differentiate your symptoms.
Have a nice day today, sit in the sunshine with a cool drink, and make an appointment for yourself with the doctor. Good Luck !

I think we all go through this. I think I went through it for an entire year when I did go through it. But now I am happier than ever and not much bothers me. You need to first take time for yourself and breath, clear your mind! When I was going through it I even took a break from school. I don't know what all you have going and I don't know what your religious faith is but I started to pray and meditate all the time. Find a quiet place, close your eyes, and try not to focus on anything but peace. It may sound crazy but it works. Vision something that is peaceful for you. For me it was water, the ocean. And also evaluate those things that are burning you out to see if you cn cut any of it out of your life. I hope this helps...Good Luck!

do yourself a favor and go to the doctor. tell him just what you put on here. 6 months is a long time to be in the funk. what is you age? late 20's early 30's. please just go to the doctor and in the mean time drink some green tea, shut off the phone, tv,radio, computer and relax. I have had the same crap. I had to take medicine for it, but only for a few months to get my body back in sync.
good luck.

If you can identify the things in your like that are making you feel this way, try to remove or change them. Try to relax. If you feel that you are medically depressed you should see a doctor. There are antidepressants (Luvox, Prozac, Paxil) that also are shown to help obsessive/compulsive disorder so you can kill two birds with one stone.

Try to get a motel room for a weekend every so often, and just lock yourself in, no phones or outside contact with anyone but the pizza man. You just need some "me-time" I went through it, but now I make sure to get the me-time that I need so I can be the person all my friends and family know and love.

Make an appointment to see your doctor he/she will guide you int he right directions. I went through depression and it stinks and miserable. Remember depression can be cured and it isn't long term. I no longer have depression and I am not taking any meds now. Good luck.
