There is no "good" way to loose weight fast.
Eat properly, well balanced and drink plenty of water. Loosing weight fast only makes is just as easy to put that weight back on and just as fast.
Seek medical advice on this topic, don't ask the general public a question like this. Your health is very important and you need to remember that.
I have tried all kinds of diets and some work while others take a long time to acheive the results I was looking for.

The difficult thing is not so much to lose weight, but to keep it that way.
If you really want to lose weight fast, try for a while (I would say, at least a week) to eat steamed vegetables. No meats. To starve yourself is a bad idea, what you need is something to keep you going without the bad fats.
Drink water. only water. No sugary sodas or anything of the sort.
No bread.
If you crave for a certain food, eat as little of it as you can. It is worse if you try to avoid it completely and at the end you end up overeating it.
I am no expert, but I have been doing regular exercise for at least 5 years and I keep myself updated on information on healthy meals.
After you have lost weight, here are some tips for a healthy diet:

Keep sugar to a minimum
Use vegetable oil to cook meals instead of butter
Eat whole wheat breads, no white breads.
Drink at least 2 liters of water a day
You can try to have small meals every couple of hrs. instead of 3 meals a day (Good for digestion)
Eat fruits and vegetables
Favor white meats like fish and chicken
Drink soya milk instead of normal milk (soya milk has no animal fat)

Takes a while to gain it. It will take a while to lose it. Eat healthy and exercise. Sucks at first, but much better for not only your body, but your mind and spirit as well. Short cuts never work in the long run.

no just playing, there is really no good way to lose weight fast and it be health for your body.

like if you weighed 267 and you lost 30 pounds in like 3 days you body would go into a type of shock.

it's better to take it slow and easy with exercise

There isn't at least not in a healthy way. the faster you lose it the faster you gain it back. An ave. 1- 3 lbs per week is healthy at least that's what i've been told.

eat 6 times a day. only 30 grams of protein 3 of the six. eat small portion on carbs til noon. walk just enough to get ur heart rate up. or you can do it the bull crap way like the lying fat jack from subway....

otherwise exercise and lots drink lots, stay away from smoking drugs salt caffeine (mos use lots of caffeine to loose weight however very bad for your heart if too much) and you half way there
