I recently drove from the George Washington Bridge to the west. I got to the Pennsylvania state line about 1.5 hours after leaving the George Washington Bridge. This was averaging a couple of miles per hour over the speed limit.

Depends which part of manhattan and which part of pennsylvania. Why not put the city you are driving to into mapquest, and then get driving directions to it from "Manhattan NY". That will give you a good estimate.

From GWB to Poconos is approx 90 miles which is about 1 1/2 hours give or take

Where in PA? Philadelphia is just over 2 hours. Pittsburgh is 6-7

depending on where you are coming from and going to your looking at a minimum of 3 1/2 hours.

from the tunnel to philly is about an hour and a half min to 2hrs. Could be much shorter or much longer depending on Lincoln or Holland tunnel traffic

minimum is 3 hrs if u try durin rush hr maybe 6 hrs i tried once durin rush hr not the brightest idea
