Do you mean the "corrugated" style of the crisp? Ask mum if she has a mandolin, if not you'll be able to buy one from any kitchen utensil place. WATCH YOUR FINGERS THOUGH THEY ARE LEATHAL!!! I typed this with my nose due to mandolin misuse!!! If you mean flavour wise, don't think you could replicate them. Nobbys will keep their cards close to their chest on that one!! I'm sure you can buy flavoured powders for potato wedges try them! Call them Laubbys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

take a large nobby n sliice it really thin then fry it .
I think I saw the recipe in a cook book by Mrs Bobbit
