I feel it is a small percentage, these characters, that are involved in criminal activity should be reprimanded as severely if not more so than the illegal aliens and coyotes.

And when the National Guard is crawling all over, they will likely be caught.
However, we need to pay those guys more so we can reward and attract the right sort, and be picky.
