Use some mousse on wet hair and scrunch it or use curlers to get the 'S' shape. Better yet, blow dry using a big round voluminising brush to create waves.

before you go to bed take a shower or bath and wash your hair.. just put your hair into a kind of bun. put your hair together as if you were making a pony tail, then twist hair around a finger to make a bun.. clip it with a bobbypin, or use an elastic.. make sure it is tight, and it will work great.. when you wake up just un-do the bun, and u'll have great wavy hair!!
well i hope i help! GOOD LUCK!

put gel in your hair when its wet and then flip you head so its upside down and then crunch you hair and blow dry it at the same time.... and then flip upright and crunch hair and blow dry hair... its really very simple.... or they have a curling iron that makes your hair look wavie....
