Thats a great question? Why do they spent so much time with this agenda? Well, I have my own philosophy on this subject? I think Christianity has done more harm than doing any good. We teach our children to love and not to hate. But Christian's spread the fear of the Gay agenda all arround. I am open minded person. I am A Christian my self. However, I see Christianity as a way of discriminating against other's who do not believe like they believe. In my understanding of Christianity , Jesus was all about Love, care giving and not about discrimination and hate! But that's not the agenda of Christianity anymore. Too much man-made stuff for my taste. Their money which they spent towards Gay marriage ban, could be better used to solve the Hunger in this World. I think Christianity has to learn that society is different, and that society will change as it grow's older. We have seen lot's of civic changes in our society. Christianity must understand, that Gay's do have the right to live their lifes. I have many Gay friends, I love them like my brother's and sisters. I do not fear them. I think with Christian's it is the fear of the unknown. But you know, Gay's are just like you and me. They work hard, they have homes, they have families, they share their unconditional love. So Why can't Christianity go on with this and let the Bible be left out of this? God did not question the hure, ndor the one that trespassed with another men's wife. He forgave and let go. Christianity has gotten it profoundly wrong!!!!

You have a good point about them hanging out in the gay section.

Many Christian, in my opinion, feel the need to 'save' others. There's a line in the Bible, I don't know the exact quote, but it CAN be interpreted differently. So, in essence, they're trying to do what the Bible says. I don't think they mean any real harm most of them time. (I'm sure there are some that do mean harm... ignore them.)

In our society today, conservative Christian have to walk a fine line between being 'cool' with the culture and sticking to their beliefs. It's easier to be anon on the internet, so it's easier to state your opinion without giving away your identity.

I don't know, but it makes me so angry.

I am Christian, and when I am answering questions in that section (usually the ones that are along the same lines as this one, I take a second to note that I will be praying for the people spreading hate, and I will be praying for the asker's person's forgiveness.

People seem to forget that people who are gay are just that: PEOPLE who happen to be gay. They are people first, not just their sexual orientation.

I find the only way to contain my anger about this is to pray, and talk it out with my Christian friends. (They're all on the same page as me, btw)

Hatred is not Christian. You should know that.
Why gays spend so much time in the gay section posting show off and bragging about being gay ?

From analyzing the Bible, I easily have discovered that no person is born gay. it quite is a determination that we make. additionally, a real Christian does no longer hate anybody. If a individual grew to become into particularly saved, they does no longer make the choice to be gay. The Bible for sure states that God is against the act of homosexuality.

As Christians we are suppose to love the person not the sin. Therefore we should not hate the sinner but help him learn about God, and the Bible. Also we shouldn't judge and by posting hatred we are judging them. God is the only person who can judge. So therefore we should love them and help them see that what they are doing is wrong, but do it in a loving manner.

I don't know why any Bible believing Christian would be in a section of Y/A that is basically opposed to Christianity.
They assume that they are helping to save you from yourself and we all know that the decision to be saved rests upon the individual not the community.

Posting hatred is something a Christian does not do. Claiming to be Christian and being Christian can be very different things. They have much learning and maturing to do.

They profess to find the source of their hatred in the Bible, of all places! But I think they skipped the words of Jesus that say"Judge not lest ye be judged". God will get them for all of their judgmental behavior against everyone else. They think they're going to heaven? Are they in for a big surprise!!!!
