Yes, it's bad. Cigarettes are addictive, three will turn to four, four to five and before you know it you're smoking a pack a day.
Sitting down for long hours on end is not good for your shape or your health. Please find ten minutes every hour to stretch your body and do something different, this will refresh and recharge your batteries. Good luck.

You'd be far better off having a cup of coffee, or an energy drink than smoking. The fact that you say that your shape is deteriorating is even worse. The chemicals in the smokes typically get stored in body fat, and can aid in the mutation of cells to diseased cell tissue. The heavier you are, the longer it's stored, and the longer it has a chance to mess with you.
Grab a couple of Red Bull-type drinks... while they're not the greatest thing for you either, they taste a hell of a lot better, don't make you stink, and aren't going to become as habit forming as Nicotine will.
Good luck!

you work in a Call Center you probably don't get much exercise at work, sitting in that damn cube all day stressing out. Smoking cigs is very bad you should stop as soon as possible, but i know its hard with stress that comes with call center at times. I would say quit smoking and start exercising more.

Your body shape isn't what's important here. Smoking is so unhealthy. You aren't just hurting yourself, but you're hurting those around you. Stop before you get more involved than you already are. You can get energy from eating a good breakfast or getting more sleep.

You are losing your body shape because your job requires you to sit on your butt all day. Get up and move around. Go for a walk while you are smoking.

Quit smoking and go running before or after work. Helps, too.

Yes, it's bad.
Try coffee.
It's just as addictive, but less health problems from it
