Take a one hour nap now and go to sleep around 7pm. Turn off all lights, the TV and music. Set your alarm for 3 and get right up, walk to the fridge and drink one glass of ice water. Do 10 jumping jacks. You will have the most fabulous day ever. I'm not kidding. I've tried it.
Have fun on your trip!!!

You must always eat a healthy diet and drink lots of water. Apple juice is excellent for re-vitalising you first thing in the morning - unsweetened of course. This cannot be done over night you should have thought about it long ago, however you can do it ready for the future. I am 51 years old, no-one believes me - I only ever eat salads, ( things like raw baby spinach, tomatoes, beetroot are really so good for you ), lean ham or chicken, fish high in Omega 3 oils, cereal with skimmed milk and loads of water. I also eat low fat bio ( live ) yogurts. Raw vegetatble juice is also great - think of it as a medicine. I am up by 5.15am 6 mornings a week and by around 7am on the other morning, I feel great, have loads of energy and I always wake up happy. Try it sometime, it really does work. Healthy eating is good for body and brain !
Good luck
