schedule flights are usually big planes that carry more ppl and they are scheduled to leave at a certain time. charter flights are little planes that you can rent, that carry fewer passengers and sometimes you can rent them alone with no one else.

A schedule flight well leave at a certain time no matter how many people are on it, its like a bus rout.(for example...It will leave every Monday at 10:00) so the prises are higher cos sometime all the seats are not full.
A charter flight is when a company books a plane from a plane company, but will only put out the date and time of flight when they have a full plane

Scheduled flights are from Airlines that have reg flights to and from places. Charter flights are ones you rent the plane to take you to your destination.
