Just grab his hand. Just because you live 13 hours apart doesn't mean you can't go out with him. You always have the weekends. and phone calls during the week.

There is not such excuse for being 13 hours away. There must be something more than that. And if he really wants to hold your hand then he will, if you mean something to him. It's a matter of talking, and understand for that "reach" to happen!
