Considering that the strongest beers in the World are brewed in America (Sam Adams Utopias is 25% ABV, Dogfish Head 120m IPA is at 21% ABV)....umm, the implied answer to your question is completely bogus.

They are both very refreshing, have a nice head, and too much of it could probably get you sick (seasick).
