he otld me he had a girlfrind when I asked him out but now it seems like he is trying to tell me something , he keeps hanging out in places where he nows I HANG OUT , HE NEVER USED TO BEFORE?

Well he probaly does have a girlfriend, but guys always like to browse on the other side of the fence. Always looking for something more exciting. I would be nice to him but ask him about his girlfriend. If he does have one respect her and don't flirt wiht him or let him make passes at you. This is not hte type of guy you want ...good luck

He is either:-
A) a big tease
B) a womaniser
C) has 'issues'
And no, I'm afraid its very unlikely to be:-
D) unhappy with a no-good girlfriend who needs rescuing and turns up in the hope you will offer yourself to him again
He sounds a twerp.
Men - if interested - will call, will make an effort, will say Yes when you ask them out.

So what does he do when he shows up. I mean there are many small places in the world where you cannot really avoid people even if you want to.
And what exactly is this claim you are putting on him? Have the two of you been married?????
Or are you asking us how we should help you to stalk a person that is probably not interested in you at all??

Any normal guy who wants to be with you would respect you and be honest. It sounds like he may have issues and you want to give him a miss...like the length of three States.
If you're uncomforatble with him being there then you should ask him nicely to leave you alone.

he sounds like he likes you. even if he does have a girlfriend. Dont do anything with him until he dumps his girlfriend, you dont want to be considered the hoe.
