If you had a child of that age and very small, what would you do?
Would you ask advice, or home remedies?
Would you rush her to the doctor?
You will not be sorry if you take her to the vet, but you are very likely to be heart broken if you do not.
Tomorrow is Saturday, and vets will be closed until Monday. I wouldn't bet on her living until Monday, so she needs to go in today.

Take her to the vet immediately and bring a stool sample. She can dehydrate within a day because she's so small. May be minor, may kill her, ya never know.
Never heard of Ceaser puppy food. Royal Canin has a food made especially for Yorkies, I believe. Otherwize go for something with a good quality meat as the first ingredient, little to no corn, and no artificial preservatives or color. A food that focuses on the skin and coat will be good for a yorkie. The vet will prescribe a special food when you go, so use that until your baby gets better. I hope she can get an appointment right away...many dogs end up in the ICU for vomiting/diarrhea and that can be traumatic and very expensive!

Sometime vomiting can be caused by a food sensitivity to common products used in pet food, such as beef and chicken. Your local vet should carry foods containing different and less commonly used sources of protein that your pet may be less sensitive to. MediCal Gastro is one food produced specifically dogs and cats with food sensitivities. Hill's Prescription Diet has several foods produced for this purpose, such as d/d Potato and Duck Formula Canine, d/d Potato and Salmon Formula Canine, and d/d Potato and Venison Formula Canine.
These foods can be fed all the time, or just during times of stress when they cannot hold down their food.
It is not surprising that your Yorkie has these problems, as purebred dogs, especially small ones, are often prone to food sensitivities.
If the vomiting continues for more than a few days, I would go see my vet and make sure something bigger is not going on. If they are unable to hold down water, the situation is much more serious and you should see your vet ASAP.

Why haven't you taken her to the vet yet? She can become dyhydrated, espeically if it has been a few days and can't keep anything down!
She can be throwing up for serveral reasons (virus, stomach problem or perhaps a blockage in her intestines).
GET HER TO A VET IMMEDIATELY! This poor dog is suffering!
PS: Ceaser food is no good! Try going with a more natural diet such as Solid Gold, Innova, Wellness, etc..

Gave to your Yorkie about three-four tablets of absorbent carbon. If it doesn't help, then I'm afraid you need a vet as she could have caught some disease which has nothing to do with her digestion problems.
Is her nose wet?
I've read on one site that you can give rice and chicken to these kinds of dogs, but as far as I know rice can be a kind of laxative. It can be her personal reaction at the rice as well.
Yorkies mustn't be fed with beans, raw cereals (except oatmeal).
Do you keep in touch with her primary breeders, maybe they can give her a kinda advice?

My suggestion is to watch for dehydration and keep any and all food away for at least 24 hours. She may have picked up a virus. If she is starting to show signs of dehydration take her to the vet. There may be something else going on.

Caesar is crap food. Cheap and not good!!!
As for your dog, how long has she been sick? If it continues for more than 1 day, I would take her to Vet. I hope she has had all 4 of her Distemper vaccines b/c we have seen 2 year old dogs with no vaccines get parvo.

I would take her to the vet asap. Cat food will give them diarreah according to the breeder where I got my Yorkie. They should mostly eat dry food as they need it for their teeth. Good Luck.

Go to the vet immediately. She might have serious problem, poisoning or virus. either way, the vet can help you with the symptoms.
