i think they attatch a tube to his wee wee, its built in the car, just like the way they eat and drink.
Through tubes while they are driving.

They don't. They hold it. In the moments before the race starts, they have hydrated a lot, because it gets so hot in the cars they sweat off probably 10 pounds of water. Usually this sweating prevents them from having to urinate--but If they actually have to go while driving, they learn to hold it, or they won't win many races.
If they can't hold it, they just let go, and things get pretty wet inside the fire suit.

I actually saw Jimmy Johnson answer this on Leno after the Daytona. They either hold it or pee their pants. That is the god's honest truth. He said that when the driver pours the Gatorade over his head before exiting the car, he is hiding something. He even said that last years winner (Daytona) went #2 in his pants once.

They actually urinate inside the vehicle. Like astronauts, they have a device that allows them to simply 'go', and the waste is collected in a disposable container.
