Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

I know for sure daily sit ups work. A relative of mine had extra weight around the waist and started going for walks and doing sit ups everyday, now his tummy is flat! Change your eating style, rather than fry foods, grill them. Go for Hi Fibre bread, eat three meals a day, include grilled fish and have two snacks in between of fruits. Store some soups in the fridge so when you feel hungry, just warm a cupful rather then go for some junk snacks. Make this a life long habit. Also if you like swimming, that is great too.

oh, don;t worry. All you have to do is eat more fruits and vegetables, especially at night. And remember to always drink water every 2-3 hours. Lessen your intake of sweets and softdrinks as well as fatty food and spicy ones, too.
I hope this will help because I am on a diet, too. And for a month I lose weight by 10 kilos already ;)
But you need to have sit ups for at least 10 minutes a day. 10 minutes before you eat breakfast do that, ok? I said EVERYDAY.

Try jogging or walking. You should do about 2-3 miles a day, 6-7 days a week. In 3 months you will be amazed at the difference in your weight, your stamina, and your general self appreciation.

You don;'t have top exercise at all if you don't want to. Your fat is based on what you eat. What ever goes into your mouth and you swallow it determines how much FAT you will accumulate.
Lower the carb intake and eat sensible three times a day and you will fine. You still can exercises for your life there is nothing wrong with that. I work out in a swimming pool and in 30 days I look like the Hulk.

The extra fat that is on the belly is called "Cortisol" also at the sides which most call the love handles, and the only way to burn it off is with aerobic activity, such as running, jogging, swimming, hiking, ...etc. The action of doing sittups and crunches are merely strengthening your abs, but the fat that is there will prevent them from showing through, you absolutely need aerobic activity to burn off that stubborn cortisol. I hope this was of some help to you.
