does that going to create problems later.. my friend say tht he may go after other girls as i am not beatiful. wht u all suggest?

What is more likely to create problems is that you are either shallow or have very low self-esteem. Or, do you just not know the difference between attraction and love? Love is a choice, and has nothing to do with how attractive someone is! Sure, attraction helps bring people together (especially people who are more shallow;) but the more real the love is, the more irrelevant looks are.
If he really loves you, you should worry less about him, and more about how you may end up sabotaging the relationship on your own (through whatever your real issue is.) I am not making this up, either; counselors will tell you that some people do sabotage good relationships if they are afraid things are going too well.
Either find out what your real issue is and get to work on it before it's too late; or let him go now so he can find someone who will both love AND trust him, and THEN work on yourself. Until you accept yourself, you probably won't find true happiness in any relationship.

Let HIM be the judge of that. Maybe you're just the girl he's looking for (beauty or otherwise). The prettiest girls aren't always the best. He's probably learned that sooner than most guys ever will. BUT you will ruin the relationship if you're constantly insecure about yourself. I'm sure there's some reason he's still in love with you and I'm willing to bet that your self-doubt has nothing to do with it. Don't worry about what the other girls are doing/saying. He picked YOU.

If he really loves you looks are not important. Your friends sound like they are jealous that you have a cute guy and they don't. Also you should not think of yourself as not beautiful. The way a person carries oneself says a lot about how you look and feel about yourself. As long as you see yourself as beautiful you have it made. What you think of yourself is more important than what others think of you.

yes because your bf might like other girl for some reason. but see you are beautilful and if he goes after other girls then just move on to someone else you like.
