Eat more calories than you burn, or the very easy way, eat mcdonalds for lunch for a month cheeseburgers, fries and a shake. Your problem is solved.

I WANT TO SAY EAT MORE BUT THAT DOESN'T REALLY MEAN THAT YOU WILL GAIN MORE WEIGHT. I EAT ANY AND EVERYTHING THAT I WANT AND MY WEIGHT DOESN'T MOVE SO I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO TAKE SOME VITAMINS AND IF YOU LIKE ENSURE YOU SHOULD TRY THAT. IM 20 AND I THINK THAT IT TASTE LIKE A MILKSHAKE IT HELPS BOOST THE METABOLISM SYSTEM AND ALSO TAKE VITAMIN C IT HELPS THE IMMUNE SYSTEM TOO.

Carbs. Healthy ones (pastas, whole grain breads and cereals) and lots of them. Don't make yourself unhealthy by eating junk.

eat vitamins especially b1, b6 and b12 to stimulate your appetite so u would eat more and hopefully you'll gain weight soon.
