If you are just dieting, probably 3 days. Before it shows up on a scale 4-5 days. This is just dieting, If you start working out with weights at the same time. Probably 1-2 weeks. Because you will be gaining muscle which weighs more, faster than shedding fat, which weighs less. Your best bet here is to take your measurements as well. Some peoples bodies will change drastically in size, while not losing any weight. A guy at work I know hasn't lost a pound in 4-5 months of working out, but his measurements for his stomach, waist, and theighs have gone down increadibly while his upper body muscle has increased drastically. He looks much better, but hasn't shed a pound. The best way is to take your weight, measurements, and body fat reading, then do the diet and watch the change over time. Weight is not a good indicator of overall health by itself.

It took me about 8 weeks to see weight loss on the scales. I started playing soccer once a week and watching what I eat. Good Luck. Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat so it may take a while to see a loss of lbs. The best thing to do is measure yourself and track you inches lost. I haven't lost much on the scales but I have lost over 6 inches in two months.

It may take a very long time. Give it a good month or two to really notice the pounds come off but if you are really excersizing and dieting, it may start to show to you in about 3 weeks.

Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

undesirable theory. believe it or not, ingesting 3 healthful balanced nutrition an afternoon, will reason you to drop on your ideal body/age weight. the reason: ingesting 3 situations an afternoon trains your body to dissipate all those extra energy accurate now in case you purely eat a pair of times an afternoon, it trains your body to save all those fat cells because it knows that is going to favor food in the course of the day, and also you're purely giving it food from time to time. So eat 3 general nutrition an afternoon and stay lively! you'll burn the undesirable fat and probably drop down on your needed weight (:
