why do you all have to us the f word its not very nice word i know you all can think of better words to use

Society uses these type of words due to a lack of vocabulary. It's easier to shock by cursing than it is to think out an educated response. When we have meaningfull conversations we take our time and choose our words. It takes time and effort. Society today does not make enough time nor take the effort to converse with each other respectfully. Life's to short to open your mouth and say something that could hurtful without thinking it though. Once said it can't be taken back no matter how many times you say sorry.

Actually the word actually isn't a bad one in some sense. It actually stands for "For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge" back in early times. If you have ever heard the story of the Scarlett Letter the women had to wear the letter "A" on their clothes that stood for adultery when thats not true at all. The women wore the word "****" on there clothes not "A" like we are led to believe. But obviously throught threw the times it has gotten used as a bad or awful word. So now if you hear someone say it you know that it really means "For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge" and its what women wore in there clothes for commiting adultery. Now You Know....

NO need for it, but today music specialty rap use it alot if you remove it where the song? and the way some parent talk in front of their kids give the right it's o.k. ? if you listen to old school (80's>classical) .They have some or no Fword every other word is Fword. check out early rap to today's rap. early rock/metal to today style.

Because it such a versitile word-it can express MANY emotions! for example, confusion..What the F***?? Anger...F*** You!!! To describe tools...Bring me that f***ing hammer! As a pick-up line.,.Wanna f***? or F*** Me!!!
It probly is over-used, but its cuz you can use it in so many different situations and it fits...

why isnt it nice? its still a word, why are any words "curse" words? its a sound your mouth can make, so whats wrong with it?
