Could/should these prisoners NOT be incarcerated BUT, secured and made to ride with all our GIs on missions? Even if thay pull them in a trailer? Let them die the same way with IEDs?

Not allowed both the Laws and Customs of War and US law.

Contrary to popular myth - we do obey the rules of war.

Do not think like Bush.
Be humane and think humane.
There has to be an end to the brutalities of occupation forces.
Plan to go back lest you do it after humiliation.
Nothing can fight a determined nation.
It is only a matter of time.
You tried it in V. Nam, now trying in Afghanistan and Iraq. Still thinking to venture in Iran and N. Korea. Use your scientific and technical advancements for the good of humanity not to destroy it.

You would get no argument from me, to use this scum as shields for our guys over there. Unfortunately, our laws and the bleeding heart liberals would be kicking and screaming from the roof tops, if that were ever to happen.

Hey, there's a thought! How about a one for one ratio as shields for our guys; one Gitmo criminal and one bleeding heart liberal.
