I would suggest 'I cry'.

'Do' is a transitive verb, so to be a sentence and not merely an 'utterance', you need to say 'I do _something_'. 'Cry' is intransitive, so it is a complete sentence out of context.

If you accept imperatives as sentences (some do), then 'Cry!' is even shorter.

Do. Come. Sleep. You don't need a pronoun, just a verb will make a sentence, and no verb means you don't have one either.
