I just got a Cat and we were thinking of names... my friend said Charlie but he did not know that it was a girl then he took it back, then my dad came up with Charlina???(How weird) so I thorght for 3 secs and came up with

Chilli! Is this a good name? should I spell it Chilli, Chillie or Chile (South American Country)?

Well at least make sure you spell it right or it's too goofy:

chilly = cold
chili = a type of pepper that's fiery hot and used as a spice; also a dish made with chili pepper, meat and/or beans.
Chile = a country on the west coast of South America.

I think it's a cute name for a cat, especially if she's a spunky girl and you chose Chili. I also really like Charlie though. Charlie is a nickname for Charlene and Charlize.

I would still name the girl cat Charlie. You can say that her full name is Charlene or something and that you call her Charlie as a nick name. That way she still has a girl name. Although Chillie is pretty cool too!
