Think about exactly why you like this particular girl. How is she different than other girls? What does she have that other girls don't? Are you attractd to her personality or just her appearance? Do you believe that it will be impossible to find another girl like her? If she doesn't return your love, I'd say move on and find another girl who will like you the same way you like her. One sided love doesn't work, the feelings have to be mutual. If she doesn't like you as much as you like her, what is there to like about her? If this loss of sleep has only been going on for a short period of time, I wouldn't worry too much about it because I think you can get over it. If it has been going on for a long time, I recommend seeing a counselor or a shrink. Why don't you do some hard cardiovascular activities during the day so that by nighttime, you will be so tired, nothing can make you stay awake. Or why don't you try reading a book before going to bed?

Sounds like you have been bitten by the love bug. She may be shy. She may have her eye on another fellow. Try to be cool about it. Ease into a relationship with her. Ask her out for coffee with a group of people in a public place where she can see that she is safe. Pay attention to what she says. Respect her views, but if you don't agree with them, give your reasons why and back them up. Don't discuss 'hot' topics like politics, religion, or racism. Sex is a definite 'not' topic.
She may be looking for a friend first. Present a clean image and be proud of who you are.

Well, if she doesn't like you as much as you like her then what's the point of losing your sleep over her? either she returns your love or you go look for someone who truly loves you and makes you catch-up with your sleep.

If you can care about someone that much, then you should see how she feels about you. Whether you hear rejection or not, you will be better off knowing her true feelings. And will feel better once you can face the truth.

Something that has helped me, is to write something about it. What ever you are feeling write it out and either save it and put it someone hard to find, or destory it.
Hope it helps.
