China's (I am assuming you are talking about the PRC) largest naval base is the Lu Shun Naval Facility. It's right across from the Koreas, it is situated near or on what used to be known as Port Arthur.
China's largest military base in general is the division-scale training base near Chengdu (this is in southwest China if you don't know where Chengdu is). It's the Fort Irwin of China.
