fake programme , i catch their IP adress from the email

The other IP address for their web-site 72.9.253.82 www.eageap.org is located also in the contry GHANA

Hi there,
I have been contacted by a lady called Gloria who told me that she has some influence on the EAGEAP program to make me work in the US.
I tried to seek some information about her but I couldn't find anything. This is sounds like a fake program.
