Vanilla extract works for a toothe ache,but if you have almond extract this works even better, vanilla extract has 35% alcohol verses 37% for the almond extract.

I have used Tea Tree Oil. Find it at the drug store. It tastes a little yucky, but it works for me. Those people that suggest vanilla extract and PB, there's tons of sugar in those and it may make it hurt worse. All tea tree oil is, is the natural oil from the Tea Tree.

bdh...Thank you for asking this question !!! I have a really bad tooth ache myself. I was trying to figure out what to us until I can see a dentist.

Chew cloves! they are naturally anti septic and anti inflamitory. Anaesthetic too.

go to the kichen, get some clove, grind it, put it over ur tooth and the gum surrounded, trust me...the ache will just go off

You can try pressing an aspirin against it, see if that helps - hope you feel better!
