Try eating like around 08:00, so you can give your stomach time to digest the food that you eat. Have something lite. Toast and mayb 1 egg, and a slice of turkey, drink water, and then when you get back have a fruit . Or just have a power bar . Good luck

It`s best to work out more earlier in the morning. I would recommend having a small bowl of muesli with unsweetened yoghurt and mineral water with a hint of lemon juice for detox.. also toast puts a lining on the stomach. Usually stomach cramps become present when you haven`t eaten at all or you`ve just eaten too much.

Some toast, cereal, fruit, milk, juice. We eat around 9:00 and go out and toss hay bales off a wagon right after. No stomach cramps, so not sure where yours are coming from.

I tend to get cramps myself. I would eat a protien bar or shake around 8-830 ( earlier might be better).

9.00 should be fine
have some eggs most definatly they are the best for you, poaching them keeps the nutritional goodness in too and also you will need carbs for your work out so a slice of toast or two will work some energetic wonders!

good luck
