I don't but i do know that branded ones for Land Rover are normally available thro their land rover dealerships, count as accessories, so maybe the same for m-b?

Mercedes does not make bicycles. They have other companies make them for them. Usually they are not that great. It is just something they use to try and upsell their over priced bike racks.

These bike are usually crappy because they are mass produced. The name is just a license agreement between the manufacturer and the car company. It is all a ruse. Good luck and ride safe.
