Loose weight in general. It is a myth that you can loose fat in one area. When you have gotten down to a weight more sustainable by your body frame you will loose the double chin. if the skin there has been stretched you might need a nip here and a tuck there surgically but that would be in an extreme case. Just eat better get more exercise and loose weight all over, the chin will go with it. Good Luck

Relax posture a bit perhaps, or keep your head up a bit. Double chins on thin people tend to come from having an unnatural rod posture with no spine curbs what so ever.

double chins are caused by excess fat on the face. i'll suggest losing weight, and the best way is exercise!
