Frailty – It's a bit of an underrated gem about a man who tells the FBI that his brother is is the infamous 'God's Hand' serial killer. He then relates (in flashback) how the two brothers were brought up by their father to kill 'demons'. However the demons look like normal people, unless you have the special power to see throught their disguise. One son think his father is evil and probably mad, while the other truly believes in the missions and has become a killer in his own right. But who's right?
It's more a thriller with some horror moments and well worth a look.

for a general sense of unease watch the eye but don't read the back of the box as they spoil one of the twists. Also into the mirror and if you get chance suicide circle has the most shocking opening of any horror film ever. but if you want scary the shining, salems lot mini series, the first two omen films and the 70's remake of invasion of the body snatchers, who can forget the closing shot of donald sutherland. i think i'm going to turn on all my lights now and think happy thoughts P...

One of my favorites was "The Serpent and the Rainbow" directed by Wes Craven and made in 1988 starring Bill Pullman. It's about voodoo and zombies and scared the hell out of me. Here's a site that tells you all about it:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0096071/
If you are a Vincent Price fan you might also enjoy "The Fall of the House of Usher."

Check out the Mothman's Profecy with Richard Gere. I loved it a lot and it's very similar to 6th sense so you'll definitely love it.
And why don't you check out Dawn of the Dead.
