If you are only 17, you better remember that younger girls than you are not of age to do much with that penis unless you enjoy being charged with statutory rape.
However, it is far more what you do with your penis than what it looks like that matters. A huge penis won't guarantee a thing about your abilities as a love and a smaller one wouldn stop you from being one as long as it's just large enough to function.
Most of the process of making love does not involve the penis at all. When you are older, you will find that the brain is the most important sexual attribute. And when you do make love here's a clue: focus on you partner more than your own penis.

Your size is absolutely usual for a 17 y/o---so no comment is due there.
Those who said that your overall technique is what counts are absolutely right. I'll go further: the overall state of the relationship counts for a lot of a woman's sexual pleasure.
Ignore those who are saying that you are lying and exaggerating. I can only conclude that they are having some sort of activity with children under ten y/o. They are the ones with the psycho-sexual issues, not you.

You are just normal, 15.3 cm is about 6 inches. (In Britain we do still use inches for this kind of measurement.)
