Sure it is--if they fail to value the value. (Sorry, couldn't resist.)

Think about this. We all value friendship. But do we always treat our friends as though we value them? No, sometimes we get angry with them--or we're just having a bad day. So even while I ultimately value my friends, I may "forget" that value at times and I am no longer relating to them as someone who recognizes their value.

Ideally we get over it quickly and remember the value of the things that are important to us. But sometimes we can suffer from a depression or something that makes it difficult for us to remember the values that we really hold dear. Those are tragic circumstances, but it does happen.

Read the paper... Watch the news... It's sooooo happening all around us...! And, that's quite sad... In the movie, "The 7th Sign," the person portraying Jesus murmurs, "... It's because they have no faith..." Can't argue w/that, huh...?
