My mom has Neutrogena Instant Bronze Sunless Tanner and Bronzer In One and it seems to cover it the pretty good.
For those of you who don't know what Vitiligo is, its a dermatological condition characterized by the appearance of white patches of skin on different parts of the body as a result of the destruction of the cells that make pigment (melanocytes). This may vary from one or two white spots on the skin to large areas of depigmentation. Vitiligo is not contagious.
I'm sorry that your child is only 7 thats very sad. My mom's didn't show up until she was in her 30s. I hope this might work for you!
