If they grow or if they don't don't really have anything to do with you. They are your girlfriend's breasts and only 'on loan' to you when she allows. You wouldn't take a car out on hire and then look at modifying it. Hands off !!! (without permission!!)

You are inviting trouble by asking this question. 10 out of 9 will say something like, send her to me, press hard, lick the nipples,
